The Four Homes of Mercy is governed by a board of Directors consisting of 13 local women whose responsibilities are to set policies, overall objectives, development strategies and follow-up on work progress at the Four Homes of Mercy. On daily basis, we are run by a Management Committee consisting of the General Director, Medical Director and the Matron.

There are 68 employees at the Four Homes of Mercy covering all areas of work from Medical and Nursing staff to Rehabilitation, Support services and Administration. Our staff provide a full range of services for the residents on 24/7 basis which in fact makes the Four Homes of Mercy a unique institution in terms of the quality and quantity of work.
