How You Can Help: Volunteering
To perfect services we had to have money, ‘the eyes see the need yet
the hands cannot reach.’
Like all charities, the Four Homes of Mercy depends heavily on monies raised
from individuals, charitable foundations and the community. Without
this support, our vital work in patient care and therapy could not be sustained
and could not progress.
The sterling work of our Committee, Liz Mulford, and the Friends of the
Four homes, U.S.A., Governmental contributions, local and international NGOs
and others ensure that year after year, our work with the severely disabled
continues.
Yet all these efforts would be pointless without the generous support of
people like you. Just by reading this, you are part of the growing
number of people interested in our work. Spread the word, support our
efforts and if you can afford to make a donation, please do so.
You can make a difference. You can improve somebody’s life today.
Your support will help the Four Homes to:
- Sustain the provision of existing services to 90 disabled
residents from all ages
- Provide additional services and clinical treatment that
are not available outside the homes.
- Support the purchase of essential equipment and material
- Support the social recreation programmes
- Provide support and services to the disabled in the community.
